Our goal is to offer quality products with reasonable shipping costs. Our shipping costs are calculated in relation to the total weight of your order and the destination.  The shipping costs are visible in the basket before confirming your order.  All the orders have tracking.

Payment is possible by Paypal, credit card (via Paypal) or by bank transfer.  For the payments by Paypal and credit card your order is dealt with straight away.  For a bank transfer your order will be processed after receiving the transfer.

For standard orders (all orders except those with customized products) the maximum delay for processing your order is 3 days.  The orders are generally sent the next day.  If for any reason there is going to be a delay in your delivery you will be informed immediately.    

You will receive an invoice by email when your order is processed.
