A quality tube made by TuderTechnica (Italy) for brewing industry. This tube has an odourless EPDM layer in compliance with food industry norm like REACH, EU, BfR and FDA.
Reinforced in the middle with synthetic layers. The external layer protects it from usury and UV light.
Internal diameter 32mm.
External diameter 48mm.
Pressure resistance up to 16bar at 100c°.
Température de -40°C à +120°C. Strong rigidity even with high temperature.
Minimum curvature radius : 210mm.
Fittinggd can be mounted either with collars or by crimping.
PRECAUTION
Watch out several precautions detailed below :
– Use non-damaging crimping ferrule and hosetails ; deburr if required to prevent damage to the internal or external coating.
– Beware that ferrule and fittings length requires to be the same and equal to at least two times tube’s nominal diameter.
– If you mount your raccord with hose clamp. Using two hoses is recommanded. Also, you need to tighten them right after first high tempereture use.
– Crimping shows best results. Control rods should imperatively be used along with crimping chart in order to perform optimum crimping.
Tubes are cut to the desired length.
