Heating element three-phase 9KW Clamp 2″/64mm – length 550mm

Our 9kW ULWD (Ultra Low Watt Density) three phase heating element for mounting on a tri-clamp 64mm/2″ fitting.

Heating element is equiped with :

• a stainless steel cover to protect the wires
• a cable gland to ensure that the cable is watertight with the cover
• an earth terminal directly on the back of the heating element to make the wiring easier
• a tri-clamp 64mm/2″ silicon seal

Power rating of:

• 9000W 400V three phases star wiring.

Length 550mm.

Developed length of the element approximately 3.45m which gives a very low watt density of around 7.9W/cm² ( 400V three phase) in order to avoid scorching / caramelizing the wort during boiling. Suitable for pots of 560mm in diameter or more.

All the metal components in 316 stainless steel.

This product needs an existing tri-clamp 2″/64 interface to be mounted.
