Heating element 5,5kw Ripple ULWD Clamp – length 450mm

Our 5.5kW ULWD (Ultra Low Watt Density) “ripple” heating element for mounting on a tri-clamp 50.5mm/1.5″ fitting.

The heating element is equipped with:
a stainless steel cover to protect the wires
a cable gland to ensure that the cable is watertight with the cover
an earth terminal directly on the back of the heating element to make the wiring easier
supplied with a tri-clamp 50.5mm/1.5″ silicon seal

Heating element ULWD (Ultra Low Watt Density) manufactured in 316 stainless type “ripple”.

Developed length of the element approximately 1.5m which gives a very low watt density of around 11.7W/cm² in order to avoid scorching / caramelizing the wort during boiling.

Power rating of:

• 5500W at 230V (22,0A)

Length of 450mm.

Suitable for pots of 440mm in diameter or more.

All the metal components in 316 stainless steel.

This product needs an existing tri-clamp 1.5″/50.5mm interface to be mounted.
